Direction & Purpose
Reconnect with what actually matters and build a path that reflects it — not the one everyone expects of you.

Design the life
you're living for.
With over 10,000 hours of professional practice, I help individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and build emotionally healthy lives.
Four Areas, One Practice
Real change rarely happens all at once.
It happens in the decisions, conversations, and small daily choices that compound. Here's where we tend to focus first.
Confidence & Voice
Quiet the inner critic and learn to take up room in your own decisions, relationships, and work.
Relationships
Build the kind of communication that makes closeness easier to sustain, not harder to maintain.
Rhythm & Lifestyle
Design routines and environments that support the life you want, instead of quietly working against it.

Yes. Confidentiality is one of the foundations of psychological practice. Everything discussed during our sessions remains private, creating a safe environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgment.
